How to request a return

Email sales@mdsgarciasgroup.com with your order number, purchase date, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include photos if available.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before shipping an item back. We respond to customer service emails within 24 hours.

Item condition

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and included components. This condition does not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We will explain any applicable shipping costs when providing return instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will also refund any original shipping charges associated with that item.

Orders placed through Amazon or other marketplaces

If you purchased from us through Amazon or another marketplace, start your return through that marketplace’s order history. The marketplace’s applicable return and refund policies govern those orders, including any longer return window or additional protections. Contact us if you need help identifying your order.
